Build a first-year company budget from separate, checkable costs: the registry, professional help, accounting and bank services. A free registry service does not mean a company has no running costs. This guide separates official charges from Armenia Center’s published service prices and lets you enter the additional quotes for your own case.
Updated 25 October 2026. The examples below use this website’s advertised packages. They are not a survey of Armenian market prices, a tax calculation or a promise of bank or residency approval.
1. Official fees versus professional service fees

The official LLC guidance gives one business day for individual founders and two when a founder is a legal entity, with an immediate route for specified standard documents. Those are registry processing periods; preparing foreign documents, making appointments and completing bank checks are separate steps. Foreign applicants need notarised Armenian passport translations. Online filing has identity and digital-signature requirements.

2. What our published packages include
The $690 company package lists registration assistance, certified passport translation, a legal address for the first year, a seal, a power-of-attorney template and a compliance calendar. Do not add a second first-year address or translation charge for an item already included in your written quote. Preparing or authenticating the power of attorney abroad may be a separate cost; ask which documents and authentication process your circumstances require before ordering them.
Our accounting service advertises $129 per month or $1,290 per year. Twelve monthly payments equal $1,548, not $1,290. The annual price is a different billing offer. Confirm eligibility, payment timing and whether your transactions, employees, VAT work or historical filings require an expanded scope.
Our banking support advertises $350 for a single personal or corporate account service, or $590 for corporate plus personal support. These are our assistance fees. They do not include every bank charge and cannot guarantee account approval. Ask the chosen bank for its current tariff and document list.
3. Calculate the known service subtotal
Use the calculator to compare the advertised billing options. Enter additional quoted costs only once. A zero in an optional field means “not included in this calculation”, not “free”. Values are in USD; if a quote is in AMD or another currency, convert it using your chosen rate before entering it.

These are service subtotals, not all-inclusive first-year budgets. Taxes, salaries, government charges for other procedures, bank tariffs, travel, accommodation, overseas notarisation or authentication, courier costs and work outside the quoted scope are excluded. For example, a $120 translation/authentication quote and $80 courier quote would add $200 to your selected subtotal; these are illustrative inputs, not advertised prices.
5. Fill the gaps before committing
- List every founder and director. Ask whether the package covers their number, citizenship and document languages. Request a per-document quote for anything extra.
- Choose remote or in-person preparation. Ask who supplies the final power-of-attorney wording and where it must be signed. Avoid paying for a document before the receiving provider confirms the format.
- Describe actual business activity. Give your accountant the products or services, expected customers, countries, annual revenue and planned employees. Request a written assessment of tax treatment and filing obligations; turnover alone does not settle eligibility.
- Separate bank decisions. Confirm expected payment countries, currencies and evidence of source of funds with the bank. Keep a contingency if the application takes longer or is declined.
- Check the second year. The first-year address inclusion does not establish the renewal price. Obtain the address renewal, accounting renewal and ongoing bank tariff separately.
- Agree exclusions and refunds. Request the scope, payment milestones and treatment of refused or cancelled services in writing. Our refund policy explains our service terms.
6. Keep taxes outside the service calculator
The calculator does not select a tax regime or estimate your tax bill. The tax payable and filing schedule depend on activities, eligibility, elections and transactions. Read the tax overview as orientation and have the accountant confirm the current rules against the applicable law before filing. A registered company, a bank account and a residence permit are separate outcomes; purchasing one service does not establish eligibility for another.
A quote you can compare
Ask each provider for these seven lines: setup fee; included documents and people; first-year address; annual accounting and exclusions; banking assistance versus bank fees; overseas document expenses; and year-two renewals. Record the quote date and currency beside each line. This makes two offers comparable even when one uses a low headline registration price.
