One working day · 100% foreign ownership
Company registration in Armenia, done properly
A fixed $690 package that covers everything a foreign founder actually needs — not just the registry filing.
The short answer
How does company registration in Armenia work?
What you actually need beyond the filing
The registry filing is the easy part. What foreign founders get stuck on: a registered legal address, the social card, certified translations, a valid power of attorney and knowing which tax regime to elect. Our package covers all of it.
Remote or in person
Most steps are done remotely under a power of attorney we prepare. If you’re in Yerevan, the whole process — company, social card, bank — typically fits into a single short visit.

FAQ
Company registration — frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to register a company in Armenia?
Our fixed Company Package is $690. It includes the registration itself plus everything founders usually pay for separately: certified passport translation, a registered legal address for one year, the company seal, a power-of-attorney template, a first-year tax and compliance calendar and English email support. Government fees are listed separately in your quote.
Can a foreigner own 100% of an Armenian company?
Yes. Armenia allows full foreign ownership of an LLC with no local partner or director requirement, and the minimum charter capital is symbolic (from $1).
Do I need to be in Armenia to register?
No. With the power of attorney included in our package, registration can be completed remotely. Since January 2026 a social card is required for registration — we obtain it as part of the process.
What taxes will my company pay?
Standard corporate income tax is 18%. Depending on your activity and revenue, turnover-based small-business regimes may apply with lower effective rates. We confirm the optimal regime before registration — electing the wrong one is the most expensive mistake new founders make.
Does the company give me residency?
Owning or directing an Armenian company is a recognized legal basis for temporary residency. It’s a separate application — see our residency service ($390 per person), or take the Full Relocation Package where it’s included.
