Can I rent an apartment in Yerevan before arriving in Armenia?
Yes. We shortlist apartments, do video viewings for you, negotiate terms and prepare the contract so you can sign on arrival — or remotely with a power of attorney.
Does a rental contract help my residency application?
Yes. A properly registered lease documents your address in Armenia, which is part of a clean residency file. We prepare the lease so it can be used for your application — and if we’re also handling your residency, the two are coordinated automatically.
What deposit should I expect?
Most landlords ask for one month’s rent as a refundable deposit plus the first month upfront. We negotiate the exact terms, currency and utility arrangements before you commit to anything.
Why not just use List.am or Airbnb monthly stays?
Listing portals show inventory but leave you alone with language barriers, unverified landlords, inflated “foreigner prices” and unregistered contracts. Airbnb monthly rates typically run far above local long-term prices. We verify the landlord, negotiate at local rates in Armenian, and deliver a registered lease.
