Who we are

A Yerevan practice, not a directory site

Armenia Center is a Yerevan-based advisory practice that helps foreign founders, investors and families establish themselves in Armenia — company registration, residence permits, banking, accounting and the everyday logistics of actually living here.

We started for a simple reason: the information available to newcomers was either outdated, contradictory, or written by people who had never sat in an Armenian tax office. Rates change — the 2025 turnover-tax reform caught thousands of small companies off guard — bank compliance shifts, and the gap between what the law says and what actually happens at the counter is where most people lose weeks.

What we do

• Company registration — a $690 fixed-fee package covering the full process, including remote registration by power of attorney if you cannot travel.
• Residence permits — $390 per person, from document preparation and translations through to filing and tracking.
• Banking support — matching your profile to the right bank, preparing the compliance file, and attending the meeting with you.
• Accounting and tax filing — from $129/month, with filings handled in Armenian and reporting delivered to you in English.
• Legal address, social cards and long-term rental — the practical pieces everything else depends on.

How we work

• Fixed prices, published. Our fees are on the service pages. No hourly surprises, no government-fee markups discovered at the end.
• We tell you when the answer is no. If the micro-business regime does not cover your activity, if your citizenship will face enhanced bank review, or if Georgia genuinely suits your business better than Armenia — you will hear it from us before you pay, not after.
• We are here. Our team is in Yerevan, dealing with the State Register, the tax authority, the Migration Service and the banks weekly. That is the difference between accurate advice and a translated blog post.
