These terms apply to the services offered by Armenia Center through armeniacenter.com. By booking a consultation or a service, you agree to them.

Who we are

Armenia Center is a consultancy based in Yerevan, Armenia, providing assistance with company formation, residency, bank account opening, accounting, virtual office and related services in Armenia.

What we provide

We provide advisory and administrative assistance. We prepare and submit documents, guide you through official procedures, and represent you where a power of attorney allows it.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation in court. We are not a bank and we cannot guarantee that any bank will approve an account. Decisions on residency permits, company registration and bank accounts are made by the Armenian authorities and by banks, not by us.

Consultations

The paid consultation is a 30-minute one-to-one session held by WhatsApp call or in person at our Yerevan office. The office address is provided in your confirmation after booking. The fee is $30 and is credited against any service you subsequently book with us. See our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments made on this website are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt. Government fees and third-party costs are separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.

Timelines

Any timeline we give is an estimate based on normal processing. Delays caused by authorities, banks, incomplete documents or third parties are outside our control.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Confidentiality

We treat your documents and personal information as confidential and use them only to deliver the service you requested. See our privacy notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel a consultation before it takes place for a full refund. For other services, cancellation terms are set out in our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
