How long does it take to register a company in Armenia?
An Armenian LLC can be registered in about one working day once your documents are ready. Opening a bank account and obtaining a social card add a few more days.
Can I open a company in Armenia remotely?
Yes. Most of the process can be completed remotely with a power of attorney, which we prepare for you. A short visit is usually only needed to finalise the bank account in person.
Does company registration grant residency?
Owning or directing an Armenian company is one of the most common legal routes to temporary residency, which can later lead to permanent residency. Registration and residency are separate applications we handle together.
How much does it cost in total?
Our company registration package is a fixed $690, residency support is $390 per person, and bank account opening starts at $350. The Full Relocation Package covers company, banking, residency and three months of accounting for $1,900. Government fees are always shown separately, and you receive a full fixed quote before any work begins.
Can you find me a long-term apartment in Yerevan?
Yes. We search, arrange viewings, negotiate and prepare a registered lease for long-term apartments in Yerevan. The service fee is 50% of one month’s rent, paid once, only when you sign — and the registered lease supports your residency application.
