Residency in Armenia, from basis to card in hand
Full application support for $390 per person — we establish your legal basis, prepare the file, submit it and collect the card with you.
The short answer
How do I get residency in Armenia?
Business route (most common)
Register an LLC — or have us do it in one day — and apply on the basis of business activity. If you don’t have a company yet, the Company Package ($690) plus residency is exactly what our Full Relocation Package ($1,900) bundles.
Family route
Once your permit is granted, your spouse, children and parents can apply on family grounds. We file family applications together — same timeline, same fee per person.
What a clean file looks like
A valid legal basis, complete documents with certified translations, and a documented address in Armenia. A registered long-term lease strengthens the address component — we can arrange both together.
No minimum stay
Armenia doesn’t require you to spend a minimum number of days in the country to maintain temporary residency — practical for founders who travel.

FAQ
Residency — frequently asked questions
How can I get residency in Armenia?
The most common route is business: owning or directing an Armenian company is a recognized legal basis for temporary residency. Other grounds include employment, study and family ties. Temporary residency is issued for one year and is renewable; permanent residency becomes available later.
How much does it cost?
Our full support service is $390 per person. Government fees are separate: in 2026 the temporary residency state fee is 105,000 AMD; from 1 January 2027 it rises to 150,000 AMD, and permanent residency to 250,000 AMD — applying this year is measurably cheaper.
Can my family apply with me?
Yes. Spouses, children and parents can apply on the basis of family ties once your own permit is granted. We handle family applications together at $390 per person.
Do I need to live in Armenia to keep the permit?
No minimum physical stay is required to maintain temporary residency. Renewal requires that your legal basis — for example, your company — remains active and compliant, which our accounting service takes care of.
Do I need an address in Armenia?
A documented address supports a clean application. A registered long-term lease is the strongest form — we can arrange your apartment and residency together.
