How do I get residency in Armenia?
Business route
A company registration can be part of a business-based application, but evidence of business activity and the applicant’s circumstances must also be assessed. If you don’t have a company yet, the Company Package ($690) plus residency is exactly what our Full Relocation Package ($1,900) bundles.
Family route
Eligible spouses, children and parents may apply on family grounds. The sponsor’s status, proof of relationship and each applicant’s documents must be checked; approval and processing time are not automatic. Our support fee is $390 per person.
What a clean file looks like
A valid legal basis and supporting documents, prepared for the relevant permit type. A registered long-term lease may help document accommodation where needed; we can assist with housing alongside the application.
Travel and permit conditions
Check travel, absence and renewal rules for your permit and application date. The 2026 amendment includes notification within 10 days after an absence reaches 183 days, with exceptions. Its general commencement date is 1 November 2026 and some provisions have separate transition conditions.

How can I get residency in Armenia?
Business activity, employment, study or qualifying family ties can support an application. A registered company alone does not guarantee approval. Temporary cards are valid for up to one year and permanent cards for five years; eligibility depends on the legal basis and the rules applicable to the application.
