Refund Policy

Consultation fee ($30)
The consultation fee is charged for a 30-minute one-to-one advisory session about company formation, residency, banking, tax or relocation in Armenia.
- Before the consultation: you may cancel at any time before the session takes place and receive a full refund, with no questions asked.
- If we cannot help: if, after reviewing your case, we determine that we cannot assist you at all, we refund the fee in full.
- If we miss the appointment: if we fail to attend the agreed session and cannot offer a reasonable alternative time, we refund the fee in full.
- After the consultation: once the session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been provided.
Credit against services
If you book any service with us after your consultation — including company registration, residency, bank account opening, accounting, virtual office or social card assistance — the $30 consultation fee is deducted from the price of that service. The credit has no expiry date and applies to one service booking.
Service fees
For services other than the consultation, refunds depend on the stage of the work. Government fees, state duties, notary and translation costs that have already been paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable. Any portion of our own fee covering work not yet carried out will be refunded.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp at +374 96 600 888 or reply to your payment confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Payment processing
Payments on this website are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the card or account used for the original payment.
