Who we are
Armenia Center provides company formation, residency, banking, accounting and related advisory services in Armenia. For questions about this notice or your data, contact us on WhatsApp at +374 96 600 888.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the country you are writing from.
- Consultation details — the questions and background information you send us so we can answer them.
- Payment data — when you pay for a consultation, the transaction is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and deliver the consultation you paid for.
- To process payments, issue receipts and meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To provide any follow-up service you go on to order, and to apply your consultation credit.
- To keep the website secure and improve how it works.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform the contract you enter into with us, to comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run the service:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing and invoicing as Merchant of Record. See Paddle’s own privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Service providers — hosting, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
- Armenian authorities, banks and notaries — only where you have engaged us to act for you and the disclosure is necessary to complete that service.
International transfers
We are based in Armenia and some of our providers are located in the EU, UK or United States. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
Consultation records and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to honour your consultation credit, and afterwards for the period required by Armenian accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it, or restrict and object to how we use it. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to make the site and the checkout work, plus basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
